I was overcharged and when he realised his mistake immediately phoned me and apologies.  The refund was done the same day.  Honesty is the best policy. VERY impressed with pricing structure as well as efficiency of order and delivery - enquired about delivery time via Whatsapp and Russell assisted me without me even having my order number on hand.
