Return Policy

Please see below our returns policy:

1. Products may be returned if unused within 7 days of delivery.
2. Products opened are considered used.
3. There is a R350 delivery/collection fee payable for return goods.
4. Please email russ@boxking.co.za for returns.
5. Returns may take up to 10 working days to complete.
